Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN) - Boca Raton, FL

Professionally, you’ll join an advanced Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) environment with a close-knit surgical team: 1 RN and 1 Tech per shift, plus on-call support. You’ll gain valuable exposure to cutting-edge equipment such as Impella, ECMO, Bypass pump, EVH, and Rapid Transfuser, and collaborate with skilled peers, expanding your résumé with advanced procedures and the latest in cardiovascular surgical care. The facility utilizes the Meditech documentation system and offers a patient-focused 1:1 RN ratio within a dynamic OR setting.

Schedule/Hours

• Day Shift: 1 RN, 1 Tech on
• Night Shift: N/A
• Rotating weekends possible
• On-call responsibilities, distributed according to staffing

Qualifications

• Current RN license, ACLS, and BLS required
• Minimum two years’ recent experience in an acute operating room environment
• Scrub proficiency and expertise in all major service lines
• Ability to manage all surgical specialties, including joint replacement, ENT, ortho, spine, and more
• Exceptional critical thinking, multitasking, and bedside manner
• Proficient documentation and assessment skills

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub on a range of cardiovascular and general surgery procedures
• Serve as a clinical leader in observing, assessing, diagnosing, planning, and evaluating patient care
• Ensure precise charting and exemplary care delivery throughout the surgical process
