Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience as a CVOR nurse
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly within high-pressure surgical settings
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time contract assignment
- Day shifts; schedule may include some on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the CVOR for procedures, including setup of equipment and sterile fields
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures
- Monitor and assess patients’ condition before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
- Support the implementation of patient safety protocols and infection control standards
- Foster a collaborative environment with surgical and perioperative staff

$2,350 - $2,486/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
