Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in Missouri (or compact state)
• At least 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Demonstrated expertise in sterile technique, circulating and scrubbing preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Prepare and maintain the operating room with necessary supplies and equipment
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and in the immediate post-op phase
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
