Qualifications:

• Active RN license (unrestricted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Minimum 1 year recent CVOR nursing experience, preferably scrubbing and circulating
• Demonstrated clinical and communication skills in high-acuity settings
• Strong adaptability and team collaboration background

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff before, during, and after procedures
• Ensure surgical instrument readiness and sterile environment compliance
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Document interventions and outcomes accurately
