This travel Registered Nurse role places you at the forefront of Cardiac/OR procedures, giving you hands-on experience with heart and lung transplant surgeries. Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of two years’ CVOR experience, specifically with heart and lung transplants
• Proficiency with cardiac surgical procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience a plus
• Ability to scrub preferred but not required
• Up-to-date BLS and ACLS certifications
• Adaptable, strong communicator, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients, including those undergoing transplant operations
• Assist and collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams during complex CVOR procedures
• Monitor, assess, and document patient responses and progress
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and safety protocols at all times
• Respond effectively to emergencies and rapidly changing clinical status
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent cases
