Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR experience with direct involvement in heart and lung transplant cases
• Proficiency circulating cardiac procedures; ability to scrub is highly desirable
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication, adaptability, and perceptive teamwork skills
• Willingness to take call as scheduled

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate (and ideally scrub) for cardiac and thoracic procedures, focusing on transplant and advanced CVOR cases
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and perfusion teams to uphold patient safety and positive outcomes
• Support perioperative assessment, equipment management, and intraoperative documentation
• Respond to urgent situations efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure
• Participate in call coverage rotation as required
