Schedule:

• 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• 8 call shifts per month

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania (PA RN license)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Direct experience in transplant surgery
• CVOR experience required
• Skilled at managing ortho, trauma, and robotic surgical cases is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in cardiac, vascular, ortho, trauma, and robotic cases as needed
• Collaborate within a high-performing surgical team to provide optimal patient care
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient management
• Respond promptly to surgical emergencies and complex scenarios
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
