Schedule:

• 11:00a–11:00p shifts
• 8 call shifts per month

Desired Qualifications:

• Active PA RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical background in CVOR
• Prior exposure to ortho, trauma, robotics, and transplant surgery
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative surgical setting
• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in a high-volume CVOR environment
• Coordinate patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Flex between ortho, trauma, and robotic cases when not assigned to CV cases
• Respond to emergencies and participate in 8 call shifts per month
• Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory protocols for patient safety
