Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures and protocols
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Monitor and advocate for patient safety through all phases of perioperative care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
- Contribute to a supportive and efficient OR team
