Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures and protocols
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, team-oriented environments

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for complex cardiovascular surgeries
• Monitor and advocate for patient safety through all phases of perioperative care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Contribute to a supportive and efficient OR team
