Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN) - Denton, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts (details discussed during interview)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• On-call required
• Possible weekend shifts

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Texas (no temporary licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in day surgery or operating room settings
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Experience with adult, adolescent, and geriatric patient populations
• Skilled in preparing patients for surgery
• Proficient in medical/surgical, cardiovascular, oncology, orthopedics, neuroscience, and bariatric care
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging presence
• Familiarity with Meditech preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for a wide variety of surgical procedures, including general, gynecology, orthopedics, spine, robotic-assisted, and vascular
• Deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced day surgery environment
• Respond to on-call requests and floating assignments as needed
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve strong clinical outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all dress code and professional grooming standards
