Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing (Compact State licensure accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons with complex cardiovascular surgeries within the operating suite
- Scrub and circulate for CVOR cases, maintaining strict adherence to sterile techniques
- Monitor patient status and document care thoroughly
- Collaborate with surgical teams to anticipate needs and respond quickly to changing scenarios
- Educate and provide support to patients and families before and after procedures
