Professionally, you will collaborate with leading cardiovascular teams and encounter a variety of clinical approaches and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8 to 12-hour shifts as preferred (options: five 8's, four 10's, or three 12's), all with a 6am start
  • Block scheduling available
  • On-call: 48 hours in a 6-week period; must include one weekend per month
  • Assignment duration: 13 weeks, starting 05/18/2026 and ending 08/15/2026

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan RN license
  • BLS certification required
  • Prior experience in the Operating Room (OR)
  • Cardiac scrub experience essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate delivery of quality patient care
  • Delegate, supervise, and document patient care using the nursing process
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patient families
  • Implement and document care solutions for variances from patient goals
  • Participate in the teaching of patients and families
