Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members
• Ensure patient safety and quality care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
• Support and educate patients and families throughout the surgical process
