Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with advanced CVOR procedures and postoperative care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert patient care throughout surgical procedures, maintaining strict sterile environments
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Accurately document patient information and procedural details
• Monitor patient responses during and after surgery, addressing any changes swiftly
• Educate patients and families about pre- and post-op expectations
