In this dynamic role, you'll join a high-performing Cardiac OR team in a state-of-the-art surgical environment featuring 26 spacious, technologically advanced suites supporting both inpatient and outpatient procedures. You'll care for patients across the lifespan, gaining exposure to diverse specialties including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neurosurgery, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery. This is a unique setting to broaden your clinical skills, collaborate with expert multidisciplinary teams, and experience a variety of leadership styles and best practices, making it a valuable addition to your resume.
Schedule:
- 4x10 hour day shifts
- Off shift/on-call requirement: 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract (could be 12-hour shifts or on-call, daytime or nighttime)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 4 years of CVOR experience
- Must be skilled in both scrubbing and circulating (circulators only will not be considered)
- Experience with patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatrics, is a plus
