Schedule/Hours:

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and perioperative patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and protocols
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Scrub and circulate during open-heart surgeries, including CABG, valve replacements, and other advanced cases
- Promote safety by adhering to protocols for infection control and patient monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams and physicians to coordinate patient care
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Maintain sterile fields and manage specialized CVOR equipment
