Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CVOR environment
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-stakes settings

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during cardiac and vascular procedures
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after operations
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols
• Collaborate with CVOR team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and thoroughly
• Advocate for patient needs and provide family education when appropriate
