Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (must be AHA accredited)
• Familiarity with the full scope of CVOR procedures and instrumentation
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patients pre, intra, and post-operatively, promptly responding to changes in condition
• Adhere to sterility guidelines and assist with setup, intraoperative support, and clean-up
• Document all care provided according to facility protocols and regulatory requirements
