Schedule/Hours:

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Shift/Workdays: Variable
• On-call required; weekends discussed during interview

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Texas (no temporary licenses)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Day Surgery and CVOR experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Competency in preparing patients for surgery
• Meditech experience strongly preferred
• Experience with adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations
• Outstanding communication and a positive, engaging personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain meticulous documentation using Meditech
• Adapt to varying Day Surgery case types, including ortho, spine, vascular, general, and gyn procedures
• Float to other units as needed
