Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling options
- On-call rotation may be required during scheduled shifts
- May float to related departments as business needs arise
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Proven clinical experience in CVOR or related perioperative setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Adaptability and willingness to assist in various units as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with state Board of Nursing practice standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans, referring for further evaluation as necessary
- Deliver direct patient care and/or consult, supervise, and educate other team members
- Perform patient teaching, health counseling, and restorative interventions
- Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory documentation guidelines
- Champion facility service standards and support the organizational mission and values
