In this travel role, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic cardiovascular operating room environment, working alongside skilled medical professionals who bring a variety of approaches to patient care and teamwork. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with surgical teams and anesthesia providers to ensure safe and effective patient care during cardiovascular procedures.
• Circulate and/or scrub in CVOR cases following best practices and facility protocols.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and communicate observations proactively.
• Maintain the highest standards of aseptic technique and infection prevention.
• Accurately document patient care and assist with pre-and post-operative patient preparation.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (other advanced certifications preferred).
• Proficiency with cardiac surgical procedures and CVOR instrumentation.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and adaptability skills.
