Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub during CVOR procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes before, during, and after surgery.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient responses, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR team members.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and patient safety protocols.
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment in the cardiovascular OR.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative education and support to patients and families.
• Contribute to a collaborative and efficient team environment by modeling professionalism and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years' recent CVOR nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrated cardiovascular OR proficiency with scrubbing and circulating preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills.
