Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Proficient in CVOR procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary surgical teams
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room
- Assist with induction, intra-operative monitoring, and post-operative patient recovery
- Scrub and circulate in complex open-heart and vascular surgeries
- Strictly adhere to infection control, patient safety, and sterile technique protocols
- Accurately document care and surgical activities
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
