Schedule:
- 3 x 12-hour day shifts
- 13-week assignment
- Weekend and weekday call required (48-60 hours every 4 weeks; call rooms available for rest)
- Flexibility to float between three locations within the network, with notice for scheduled cases
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia or compact state RN license
- Previous experience in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
- Strong proficiency with all cardiac and vascular procedures (3s and 4s)
- Endovascular background highly desired
- Experience in Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, or Robotics preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub cardiovascular and vascular cases with clinical excellence
- Provide perioperative care and patient advocacy throughout procedures
- Float to General OR as needed to support departmental needs
- Flexibly respond to call demands and collaborate with team on shift adjustments
- Communicate effectively across all areas and with multidisciplinary teams
