Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Exceptional communication and collaborative abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care for pre-, intra-, and post-operative cardiovascular surgery patients
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
• Assist physicians and surgical teams with preparation, procedures, and recovery
• Document all care activities thoroughly and accurately
• Educate patients and families as needed regarding procedures and recovery
