Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in a CVOR setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and protocols
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized nursing care during cardiovascular surgeries and procedures
- Prepare and maintain the CVOR, ensuring a sterile operative environment
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively and advocate for safety at all times
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members
- Accurately document all intraoperative nursing activities and patient responses
- Support patient and family education pre- and post-operatively

$2,350 - $2,486/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
