Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, valid in the state of Tennessee or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Scrub and circulating experience in open-heart procedures strongly preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on care throughout advanced cardiovascular surgery cases
• Monitor patient conditions and support surgeons during complex procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other clinical staff
• Uphold all patient safety protocols and maintain meticulous documentation
