Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact)
• 2+ years of CVOR nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the entire perioperative team
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations
• Document interventions and communicate patient status updates
