Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Active RN license (state eligibility required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Demonstrated skill in handling high-acuity cardiac surgical cases
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, specialized care during cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
• Circulate and scrub as needed in CVOR environments
• Monitor and document patient responses before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams for optimal outcomes
• Maintain an environment of safety and compliance with all protocols
