Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in CVOR nursing
• Strong ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex care plans
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Adaptable, with a collaborative and professional approach to patient care

Key Duties:

• Independently provide and document exceptional nursing care for cardiovascular surgery patients
• Evaluate patient health using ongoing data collection and assessment
• Deliver supportive therapy, health teaching, and counseling directly or through collaboration
• Execute delegated medical functions and review treatment plans
• Refer and coordinate patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory documentation standards
