Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - Operating room | New Hartford, New York

Schedule/Hours:

• Two 10-hour shifts per week
• On-call required up to 7 days per four-week schedule, including one full weekend
• 13-week assignment

Qualifications:

• Valid and current New York State RN licensure
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (associate’s degree minimum)
• At least 1 year of recent RN CVOR experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Willingness to float if unit census is low

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in the cardiovascular OR for adult patients (1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio)
• Care for common diagnoses including CAD, aortic stenosis, and mitral regurgitation
• Utilize clinical information systems and medication management tools
• Maintain high safety and quality standards in perioperative care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
