Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour day shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• 1 weekend of call per month, plus 1-2 days of call during the week

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Current BLS certification through AHA
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced surgical settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Scrub and circulate as part of a skilled surgical team
• Monitor patient status and coordinate interventions pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with institutional protocols
• Participate in on-call assignments as scheduled
