Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN) in North Charleston, SC

This 12-week travel assignment provides exposure to leading-edge surgical environments, allowing you to refine your cardiac operating room skills while learning from expert teams with diverse approaches to patient care and surgical leadership. You’ll expand your clinical repertoire with advanced procedures in open heart and vascular care, adding valuable depth to your resume while enjoying meaningful experiences inside and outside of work.

Schedule:

• 12-week assignment
• 8-hour day shifts (06:30–15:00)
• 2 weekday on-calls per week
• Weekend call rotation every 3rd–4th weekend

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• Proven proficiency in Cardiac, Open Heart, Vascular, and Endovascular procedures
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert cardiovascular perioperative nursing care in a collaborative OR setting
• Assist surgeons in complex procedures including open heart and vascular cases
• Monitor patient status and respond swiftly to changes
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and surgical safety standards
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
