As a skilled RN specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing surgical care for heart patients. Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• 2+ years of recent CVOR experience
• BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise with CVOR procedures, instrumentation, and sterile technique
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in CVOR surgeries, ensuring patient safety at every step
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other team members during procedures
• Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to quality initiatives
