Travel CVOR Nurse - Palisade, CO

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment
• May require floating to other departments based on need
• On-call coverage may be necessary during scheduled shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform independent nursing functions and execute delegated medical tasks in alignment with state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care specific to the CVOR setting
• Continually assess health status through data collection and patient evaluation
• Deliver health education and counseling to patients and families
• Provide restorative and supportive therapy, either directly or through collaboration and teaching
• Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
• Review, monitor, and adjust therapy and treatment plans for optimal outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a resource and promote organizational mission and values

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-compliant)
• Previous CVOR nursing experience highly desired
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, and evaluation skills
• Ability to teach, delegate, and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to float across various departments within scope of competency
