This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) who’s seeking to expand their resume in a new, dynamic environment. Schedule/Hours

• 12-hour day shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• On-call requirements: 1 weekend per month, plus 1–2 weekdays per week

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR nursing experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub during cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Monitor patients closely for changes in condition and coordinate care as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and procedural standards
• Provide support and education to patients and their families before, during, and after procedures
