Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00am – 7:00pm
• 8 call shifts per month

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid PA RN license
• BLS certification
• At least one year of recent CVOR RN experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Ortho, trauma, and robotics cases when cardiovascular cases are not assigned
• Required transplant surgery experience
• Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures
• Assist on Ortho, trauma, and robotics cases as needed
• Support complex transplant surgeries with precision and skill
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain stringent infection control and patient safety standards
