Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN) - Plano, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Variable shifts
• On-call responsibilities
• Weekends discussed during interview

Qualifications:

• Active Texas RN license (permanent only; temporary licenses not accepted)
• 2+ years proven experience in perioperative or day surgery settings
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Prior experience with Meditech documentation preferred
• Comfortable working with adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients in high-acuity environments
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and patient-first approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for surgery and assist in various surgical procedures
• Deliver expert care in a multidisciplinary surgical team
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation
• Float to other units as needed per facility policy
• Continue adhering to infection prevention guidelines and organizational attendance policies

Dress Code:

• Facility-provided scrubs
• Nail policies: natural nails only, clean and healthy
• Hair neat, pulled back if shoulder-length or longer
• Tattoos should be covered where possible; visible non-ear piercings not permitted
