Schedule/Hours

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour Day Shifts
• 13-week assignment
• On-call: 1 weekend per month plus 1–2 weekday on-call shifts

Qualifications

• Valid RN license, eligible for practice in FL
• At least 1 year of recent CVOR RN experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary surgical team
• Exceptional organizational and critical-thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive cardiovascular perioperative care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status, maintain accurate records, and respond effectively to emergent situations
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and allied health staff
• Uphold safety, infection control, and evidence-based best practices throughout the surgical process
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
