Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment—flexible start, 9 weeks in duration

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license, eligible for practice in Nevada
• At least two years of recent CVOR circulating/scrub nurse experience
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA required)
• Outstanding critical thinking and communication skills
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary perioperative team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in cardiovascular OR cases
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care before, during, and after CVOR procedures
• Implement evidence-based practices and prioritize patient safety
• Document accurately and ensure compliance with facility protocols
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
• Respond promptly to rapidly-changing situations in a complex environment
