Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Recent experience in CVOR settings or comparable cardiac surgical units
• BLS and ACLS certifications (Required)

• Comfort with working in a team-centered, high-acuity environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled circulator and/or scrub nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, ensuring optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to maintain a safe and efficient procedural flow
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold strict safety protocols
