Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Valid RN license
  • At least 2 years of recent CVOR experience
  • Proficiency in cardiac surgery, particularly heart and lung transplant procedures
  • Scrub experience is a strong asset
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care to cardiovascular patients
  • Scrub and circulate for cardiac procedures as needed
  • Foster seamless communication between surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
  • Respond confidently to emergencies; remain on-call as scheduled
  • Uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards
