This nine-week travel assignment in Verdi allows experienced CVOR RNs to collaborate with new clinical teams, observe a variety of leadership styles, and broaden professional expertise. Schedule/Hours:
- Assignment duration: 9 weeks from start date
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a dynamic surgical environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cardiovascular surgical teams to provide optimal perioperative care
- Ensure patient safety and follow all evidence-based protocols during complex surgical procedures
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to critical changes
- Support patient and family education regarding procedures and recovery
- Accurately maintain and document patient information
