This nine-week travel assignment in Verdi allows experienced CVOR RNs to collaborate with new clinical teams, observe a variety of leadership styles, and broaden professional expertise. Schedule/Hours:

• Assignment duration: 9 weeks from start date

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a dynamic surgical environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cardiovascular surgical teams to provide optimal perioperative care
• Ensure patient safety and follow all evidence-based protocols during complex surgical procedures
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to critical changes
• Support patient and family education regarding procedures and recovery
• Accurately maintain and document patient information
