Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity settings

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position
• Various shifts available; schedule details provided during interview

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff with instrumentation, patient preparation, and intraoperative support
• Monitor patient status, maintain sterile field, and anticipate surgical team needs
• Document all interventions and patient responses accurately
• Adhere to evidence-based practice standards and safety protocols
