As a Staff Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis, you'll oversee and deliver chronic in-center dialysis care while supporting multiple clinics across the scenic peninsula, including Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Port Townsend. Schedule/Hours:

• Availability required Monday through Saturday
• Flexible AM or PM shifts based on staffing needs
• Rotational coverage at multiple peninsula clinics

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license through WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Prior dialysis experience is required
• Additional experience in acute or ambulatory care settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of dialysis treatment and ongoing patient care
• Provide patient education and adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans
• Supervise dialysis technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Monitor patient outcomes, administer medications, and document progress
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists
