As a Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis, you’ll expand your career by adapting to a variety of clinical workflows and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This assignment exposes you to distinct leadership styles and best practices in chronic, in-center dialysis within multiple clinics across the peninsula. It’s an excellent opportunity to build your resume with new skills and lasting professional relationships.

Schedule/Hours

  • Must be flexible to work any day Monday through Saturday
  • Will work AM and/or PM shifts depending on staffing needs
  • Rotates among clinics in Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Port Townsend

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide dialysis care to chronic patients
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians and guide team workflow
  • Educate patients about treatment, care, and condition
  • Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and patient outcomes
  • Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (social workers, dietitians, nephrologists)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current RN license issued by WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  • Previous dialysis nursing experience required
  • Acute or ambulatory nursing background preferred
  • Ability to travel and work across multiple clinic sites
