Travel Registered Nurse - Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab | Austin, Texas

This 13-week travel assignment provides exposure to cutting-edge electrophysiology (EP) laboratory practices in a fast-paced hospital setting. You'll collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, enriching your clinical expertise and broadening your approach to patient care and leadership. With a focus on continuing education and hands-on experience, you’ll gain invaluable resume highlights and become an even more adaptable, knowledgeable clinician.

Schedule/Hours:

• 4 day shifts per week
• 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No call required

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• At least 2 years of recent EP Lab experience strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Competency in cardiac monitoring, vascular access, and assisting with diagnostic/interventional EP lab procedures
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing electrophysiology studies and procedures
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to changes
• Assist physicians and EP specialists throughout ablations, device implants, and other interventions
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold stringent patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
