Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in Electrophysiology (EP) nursing
- Proficiency with EP lab protocols, procedures, and technologies
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with EP procedures including diagnostic studies and ablations
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes
- Work collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and ancillary teams
- Document all care accurately and in compliance with facility standards
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-care
