Qualifications:

• Active RN license (unencumbered)
• Previous experience in Electrophysiology Nursing (EP Lab)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt to new hospital environments and embrace changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the EP Lab, monitoring patients during procedures such as ablations, device implants, and diagnostic electrophysiology studies
• Collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and optimal patient outcomes
• Operate specialized EP equipment efficiently and safely
• Document observations and interventions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and post-procedure care
