Required Skills and Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Proven experience as an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse
• Expertise in cardiac monitoring, EP studies, and device implantation/management
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver proficient nursing care during EP studies and cardiac device procedures
• Monitor and interpret complex cardiac rhythms
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other multidisciplinary specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery recommendations, and home care
• Maintain detailed documentation and uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards
