Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
• Proficiency in assisting with EP procedures: device implants, ablations, and diagnostic studies
• Strong skills in monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms
• Experience in acute hospital settings preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary EP Lab team to deliver patient-centered care
• Support electrophysiology studies and interventions, including prepping patients and monitoring during procedures
• Administer medications and manage conscious sedation per protocols
• Respond rapidly to emergent situations, utilizing advanced cardiac life support skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold lab safety standards
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, post-care, and device management
